Shipping policy

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed

We are usually unable to change or cancel an order after you've placed it.

Orders cannot be changed or updated once they are placed as they immediately start processing.

If you'd like to add another item to your order, please place a new order for the item.

Economy :

1-4 business day processing plus an additional 3-5 business day for transit.

Standard :

1-3 business day processing plus an additional 1-2 business day for transit.

We ship Monday-Friday unless it's a holiday.

If your package is returned back to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible for pay a $10.00 reship fee in order for us to ship out your package. After we receive your package from the shipping courier, we will need to start the process of reshipment.

• We are not responsible for lost and/ or stolen mail. We do not issue refunds due to a package being lost by the shipping carrier, please reach out to them for all lost/ stollen packages.
